Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched once a week, every Friday. Please note that shipping days are counted only after your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

Once your package has been handed over to the courier company, delivery times are entirely dependent on the courier’s service. While we work with reliable shipping partners, we do not have control over delays, transit times, or delivery schedules after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the status and progress of your delivery directly with the courier.

Please be advised that we do not offer emergency, express, or rush deliveries. All orders follow the standard dispatch and shipping process outlined above.
